Denna grundkurs i konditionsmätning vänder sig till användare av analys- och diagnostikmjukvaran Condmaster® samt SPM:s handhållna instrument Leonova® och/eller onlinesystem Intellinova®. Ingen tidigare erfarenhet är nödvändig.
Kursen omfattar genomgång av SPM:s patenterade mätmetoder för stötpuls- och vibrationsmätning med teori och praktiska övningar. Efter genomgången kurs har du grundläggande teoretiska kunskaper för att utvärdera enklare maskiner samt kunna identifiera lagerfel med SPM HD® eller HD ENV® , m.m. Du har också fått lära dig de grundläggande funktionerna i mjukvaran Condmaster och kan skapa mätpunkter, lägga upp mätronder och hantera kommunikation i det handhållna instrumentet.
Du har också lärt dig grunderna i onlinesystemet Intellinova. Tack vare praktiska övningar kommer du att behärska grunderna i handinstrumentet och onlinesystemet.
Dag 1 är huvudsakligen teoretisk, medan dag 2 innehåller praktiska övningar och är uppdelad med en del för handhållet mätsystem och en del för online.

Avbokningsregler: Avbokning sker kostnadsfritt fram till åtta dagar före kursstart. För avbokning som sker 7-1 dagar före kursstart debiteras en administrationsavgift på 3000 kr. Deltagare som är anmälda men ej kommer på första kursdagen faktureras med 50% av den totala kurskostnaden.
Reservation: Om antalet anmälda deltagare är färre än fyra kan kursen komma att flyttas eller ställas in.
This introductory course in condition monitoring is aimed at users of the analysis and diagnostic software Condmaster® as well as SPM’s handheld instrument Leonova® and/or the online system Intellinova®. No previous experience is required.
The course includes an overview of SPM’s patented measurement methods for shock pulse and vibration measurement, with both theory and practical exercises. After completing the course, you will have basic theoretical knowledge to evaluate simpler machines and identify bearing damage using SPM HD® or HD ENV®, among other things. You will also have learned the fundamental functions of the Condmaster software and be able to create measurement points, set up measurement rounds, and manage communication with the handheld instrument.
You will also learn the basics of the Intellinova online system. Thanks to practical exercises, you will gain hands‑on experience with both the handheld instrument and the online system.
Day 1 is primarily theoretical, while Day 2 includes practical exercises and is divided into a section for the handheld measurement system and a section for the online system.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation is free of charge up to eight days before the course start. For cancellations made 7–1 days before the course starts, an administrative fee of 3000 SEK will be charged. Participants who are registered but do not attend the first day of the course will be invoiced 50% of the total course cost.

If fewer than four participants are registered, the course may be rescheduled or cancelled.
