The Role - Make a Real Difference
As a Production Technician with us, you’ll have a broad and rewarding role where you’ll:
Develop and streamline the entire production flow
Work with production planning, costing, documentation, and test systems
Drive improvement projects and ensure our machines and processes remain at the cutting edge
Evaluate new working methods and justify investments in future technology
Program automation solutions such as robots and test systems
Provide technical support and train our production teams
In this role, your day-to-day work will focus on technology, creativity, and problem-solving.

Who We Are Looking For
You have relevant education and/or experience in production engineering. We believe that you:
Have experience working with documentation, instructions, and preferably CAD
Have experience with MPS, structural design, and cost estimation
Have basic programming skills and experience with test systems
Communicate fluently in Swedish and English
Ideally have worked with electronics assembly or CNC
Are positive, service-oriented, and thrive in a role where collaboration is key
Desirable Skills and Experience
Monitor G5, Office, CAD, SharePoint
Production planning and costing
Blueprint reading
Electrical engineering, cabling, soft soldering
Robotics, automation, and CNC
Programming (C#), LabVIEW
ATEX Directive
LEAN methodology

Location
The position is based in Strängnäs, approximately fifty minutes by train from Stockholm Central Station, with good commuting options from other locations in the Mälardalen region.
